Jackie McMahon, CTC, TCC, is the founder and a programmer for Scripts by Design. She was a Sabre travel agency owner from
1984 - 2000, as well as a TRAMS Certified Consultant since 1995.
It was through the day to day experiences of using Sabre and TRAMS, and the invaluable experiences earned while doing onsite consulting,
that she saw the great need for Sabre scripts. Scripts by Design will alleviate agent error because they are programmed by trainers.
 
Diana Bird, CTC, is a programmer for Scripts by Design. She was previously the curriculum writer for the training books on SabreScribe and MySabre Scribe for the past 5 years. She was also the primary instructor for the Advanced scripts class for Sabre for the past 20 years. In addition, she worked on the Sabre software desk and as well as a conversion training specialist for Sabre. She programmed scripts for large Global accounts such as American Express, CWT and Expedia. Many of her scripts required multi-language and were considered by her customers and peers to be leading edge.
