RENEWAL DOWNLOADS

Following are the latest renewals for Scripts by Design. Please follow the downloading instructions below. It is recommended that you download the latest manual as well, which is the first link on this webpage.

First please check to make sure you have SabreScribe Runtime installed on your computer. In Sabre, go to TOOLS on the upper navigation bar. If "Execute SabreScript" is grayed out, you do not have SabreScribe Runtime. You need to call Sabre Hardware Helpdesk at 800.331.7260 and ask them to help you install the program. Once done, you will be ready to install Scripts by Design.
To download your updated Scripts by Design, please double click your file listed here by agency name. A screen will appear that gives the choice to either "RUN or OPEN " or "SAVE". You must be using Internet Explorer for these buttons to appear. Firefox may be used, but is not supported by Scripts by Design.
If you have Sabre present on the computer, you should choose "OPEN" or "RUN".
You may get a "Security Warning" box. If you do, please click RUN.
The Setup Wizard appears. Click on NEXT.
SELECT DESTINATION LOCATION SCREEN - The path showing MUST BE c:\Sabre\apps\scribe\compiled - NOTHING MORE, NOTHING LESS..
Do not change the path unless you are installing the scripts to a server. (Network Administrators Only)
Click NEXT.
Click INSTALL.
Click FINISH.
Go back Sabre, be sure you are signed in, and access !!SCRIPTS.ssc

Installation needs to be done on every Sabre workstation.

To SAVE instead of installing directly on each computer

If Sabre is not present on the computer, or you wish to download the file to either a disk, or to another file on your computer, please choose "SAVE". A screen will appear which will allow you the ability to save either to a disk, or directly to your C drive. If you save it to the C Drive, please make note of which directory your file is saved in.

Once you have the file downloaded, you will need to go to that file, and double click on the file just downloaded. You can then follow the instructions from Step Two above.
